All registered conference attendees must report to the registration tables to pick up your conference badge, bag, etc. Your conference badge is required to participate in the conference. Please be here well before 9am so you can be ready for the first session.
Attention Poster Presenters - Please bring your poster with you to the registration tables on Sept. 4 so we can collect it and set it up well ahead of the event. Also, please put your name and your session # on your poster tube so we can return it to you after the event.
Coffee, Tea, and water will be available.
Conference shuttle buses are available to bring conference attendees from the official conference hotels* to campus for registration. For detailed shuttle or campus parking information please click on the "campus transportation" tab in this app. *Conference hotels are the Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, and SpringHill Suites all located on Central Ave.
