About me
Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM), the largest medical school in the US, offers graduate degrees in 10 biomedical science disciplines. PhD students enter through an Open Admission (IBMG Program) where they have up to 1 year to select a research laboratory & degree program [students participate in 3 lab rotations to facilitate their decision].
Research-based MS degrees are offered in several disciplines with five specialty degrees: Genetic Counseling, Medical Science, Clinical Research, Translational Toxicology, & Anesthesiologist Assistant.
The IUSM also offers a special NIH-designated Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) leading to the combined MD/PhD.
